Tila Tequila is a controversy magnet as she is now accused by photographer Garry Sun of kidnapping his girlfriend Shyla Jennings and threatening to kill him. Garry seeks the court's help by filing a restraining order against the reality star.
Garry is claiming that Tila and four armed men with guns had kidnapped his girlfriend on October 19.
To make the story a roller coaster, the alleged kidnap victim Shyla Jennings claims she was never kidnapped and she doesn't know the complainant.
Shyla's rep told TMZ, "Shyla was not kidnapped. She has no idea who Garry Sun [the photographer] is. This whole thing is fully fabricated."
Tila's lawyer calls the allegations, "patently absurd" and insists that it a revenge move by Garry after he was fired from his role on Tila's website.
The lawyer adds, "[Sun] will undoubtedly be held accountable by appropriate authorities for making these false allegations."
I smell publicity stunt!!! Anything for a spotlight!!
