Singer George Michael is singing the tune of freedom after he got an early released from jail Monday (October 11).
Michael thanked those who had supported him and said that he "just want to start again" after serving almost four weeks in jail for driving under the influence of drugs.
The remainder of his sentence on parole and he must pay $2,000 in fines. He has lost his driver's license for five years.
The 47 year-old singer was originally sentenced to eight weeks jail time for driving under the influence of drugs when he crashed his Range Rover into a store in London, England last July 4, 2010.
