No joyful holidays for Wesley Snipes after the court denied his request to move his surrender date after the holidays.
According to TMZ, Wesley filed the request last week using the argument that he has "four minor children" and idea of being locked up "in the middle of the holiday season."
"Asking a federal judge in Florida if he could begin his three-year prison sentence for tax evasion on January 6, 2011".
The court ordered Snipes to voluntarily surrender next week (Dec. 9) at a federal prison in Pennsylvania to serve his three-year sentence for tax violations.
The "Blade" actor was found guilty on tax evasion charges (three misdemeanor charges) in 2008.
