Dane Cook's Brother Ordered To Repay Him $12 Million

Dane Cook's half brother and sister-in-law must pay $12 million in restitution after admitting they'd stolen from him.

Darryl and Erika McCauley of Wilmington pleaded guilty of embezzling millions from Cook while Darryl McCauley was working as Cook's business manager.

Darryl McCauley was sentenced in October to five to six years in prison on larceny and forgery charges while his wife was sentenced to 2 to three years in prison on two counts of larceny.

The court will now tally the couple's assets which includes two homes and other investments (hotel and restaurant).
