Many Filipinos labeled "Batibot" as the Pinoy version of Sesame Street when this popular children's show aired in 1984 until 2002. Now, "Batibot" will be back on air as TV5 and Philippine Children's Television Foundation, Inc. (PCTVF) signed a deal to bring the show back to teach kids educational entertainment and moral values.
Under the agreement, TV5 was granted broadcast and line production rights to air a new season of the child-oriented show from PCTVF.
TV5 is pumping up its program line-up in all levels and the network is really wants to shake up the ratings.
Do you they will give a modern-look to Pong Pagong and Kiko Matsing?
