33rd Metro Manila Film Festival Winners and Cesar Apolonario's Achievement

Some surprising winners in last night 33rd Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) and it was held at SMX Convention Center in in SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

The Best Festival Picture was bag by Senator Revilla's "Resiklo". Many are surprise with that announcement, there's a given criteria from MMFF committee that to be able to win the Festival best picture, the movie must be the top-grosser movie of the festival. The movie "Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo" got the highest in ticket sales in this festival.

GMA's Cesar Apolinario won the Best Director Award. This is Cesar's First directorial job in a movie. This is a good encouragement for first time director to do a quality movie.
