Dean McDermott in ICU with Punctured Lung after motorcycle accident

Tori Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott is being treated for a punctured and collapsed lung after engaging another motorcycle accident last Tuesday June 29, the second accident this year.

The reality star was dirt-biking with his friends when the incident happened. He was bleeding heavily and he couldn't move. He was rushed and admitted to an intensive care unit at a Los Angeles-area hospital.

Tori Spelling tells PEOPLE, "He's in a lot of pain. He's taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life." and added "“He's expected to make a full recovery."

McDermott tweeted to all his supporters, "Thanks for the well wishes. A collapsed lung is no fun, and is a lengthy heal. Feeling pretty bad today. Day 2 is always the worst."

McDermott and his wife, Tori Spelling, star in the Oxygen reality show "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood."

According to EW, it is in “final negotiations” on reprising her role as Donna Martin and it will be a multiple episodes.

With this development, her father Aaron Spelling, the original show’s creator will be proud of her, Tori told the press in her past interview.
