Heather Locklear completed a 30-day Rehab

Heather Locklear has successfully finished her thirty day in patient rehab program for prescription drug abuse.

The great thing is that she reportedly volunteer for her treatment and not a court order. Her rehab stint is nothing to do with the hit and run incident last April.

Heather will not start all over again and hopefully she will not be bumped again!

Heather Locklear Arrested for Hit-and-Run; facing up to 90 days in jail

Another driving mishap for actress Heather Locklear as she was arrested for allegedly hitting a no-parking sign early Saturday morning near her home in Ventura County, California. (April 17)

The authorities linked Heather’s black BMW in the incident which presented damage consistent with the collision.

Locklear's lawyer, Blair Berk, tells TMZ, "Ms. Locklear was cited with a misdemeanor traffic ticket as she is the registered owner of the vehicle. She was never taken into custody. The matter is still being looked into as it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle."

Her court date is set for May 17.

If found guilty, Heather is facing up to 90 days in jail due to her violation of her existing probation from the 2008 charges of reckless driving which she pled no contest

Heather Locklear pleaded to lesser penalty

Heather Locklear pleaded no contest to reckless driving in exchange for the DUI charges dismissal to escaped heavier penalty.

Santa Barbara California court sentenced her to three years' informal probation, a $700 fined and must complete a 12-hour DMV road and safety course.

Heather was busted last September, driving under the influence of drugs ("prescription medications") and was formally charge November last year.

Heather Locklear is now charged with DUI

The Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney's Office has formally charged actress Heather Locklear with driving under the influence of drugs ("prescription medications").

Heather was busted last September and now she is facing penalties ranging from a fine to up to six months in county jail.

January 26 is the date set for the arrangement in Santa Barbara Superior Court.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter said, "Lab tests showed she had no alcohol in her system and no illegal narcotics of any kind. We believe that the prescriptions she was taking could have impaired her ability to drive a motor vehicle safely."

It seems Heather Locklear continues to struggles on her personal life. The 47 year-old actress was busted on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) in Montecito, California.

According to the authority, Heather passed the alcohol test they administered but they observed that actress is believe to be under the influence of prescription medication.

Reportedly, a concern female citizen saw Heather Locklear "driving erratically" and revving her engine loudly. Due to her concern she dial 911 for assistance.

California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall found Locklear's car parked on a state highway and blocking a lane.
