Floyd Mayweather arrested in Las Vegas; Latest Mugshot

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is now out of Las Vegas jail after being arrested at strip casino on a misdemeanor battery warrant. The charges is linked to the poking incident by Mayweather to a security guard last month.

Stems from the Nov. 15 confrontation, Mayweather allegedly poked security guard Shayne Smith in the face several times during a parking dispute. Shayne Smith claimed that Mayweather went ballistic outside of his Las Vegas home after Smith placed parking citations on two of Floyd's cars.

The 33 year-old boxer was booked into the Clark County Detention Center (Thursday night, December 16) and was released early Friday (December 17). BTW, his latest mugshot and his trademark smile above.

If convicted, Mayweather could face a maximum of 6 months behind bars.

Arrest warrant issued for boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. got more reason to avoid Manny Pacquiao in the ring. The troubled boxer is wanted by Las Vegas authorities after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest over the battery complaint filed by a security guard.

Mayweather allegedly poked security guard Shayne Smith last November 15 in the face several times during a parking dispute.

If convicted, Mayweather, Jr. faces six months behind bars and a $1,000.

It's becoming a pattern of ublawful behavior for Mayweather Jr. He is also facing felony and misdemeanor charges over the domestic violence incident with his baby mama Josie Harris. The court ordered Mayweather to stay away from Josie Harris and their two sons after Floyd hit Josie and threatened to beat his children last September. Recently, he is being accused of assault with a deadly weapon and the alleged victim is his former employee.

More troubles for Floyd Mayweather Jr. and it seems assault charges is becoming his favorite choice.

Mayweather is once again being accused of assault with a deadly weapon and the alleged victim is his former employee.

According to TMZ, Quincey Williams filed a police report on Monday -- claiming Mayweather banged a u-turn in his Bentley and then 'tried to run him off the road."

Meanwhile, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is also facing felony and misdemeanor charges over the domestic violence incident with his baby mama Josie Harris. The court ordered Mayweather to stay away from Josie Harris and their two sons after Floyd hit Josie and threatened to beat his children last September. Recently, a security guard claimed that Mayweather poked him in the face.

Floyd Mayweather must stay away from Josie Harris and their two sons, court issued Restraining Order

Las Vegas court ordered boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. to stay away from his baby mama Josie Harris and their two sons after Floyd hit Josie and threatened to beat his children last September.

During the domestic incident, Josie claimed that Mayweather struck her "multiple times in the head with his fist". Floyd allegedly threatened his children -- saying if they "ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way." Josie also claims threatened to kill her and stealing some items during the domestic incident.

Floyd is facing eight charges: two felony coercion, felony robbery, grand larceny, misdemeanor domestic battery and three misdemeanor harassment charges.

Court set $31,000 bail and his next court hearing is on Jan. 24.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. facing Eight Charges

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is now facing felony and misdemeanor charges over the last week's domestic violence incident with his baby mama Josie Harris.

Clark County District Attorney David Roger significantly raised the charges after Mayweather hit and threatened the life of his ex-girlfriend, Josie Harris, and threatened to beat two of their children during a pre-dawn argument.

Floyd is facing eight charges: two felony coercion, felony robbery, grand larceny, misdemeanor domestic battery and three misdemeanor harassment charges.

If convicted, Mayweather will spend up to 28 years behind bars.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. arrested for domestic violence (mugshot)

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. was arrested for the alleged domestic violence by his baby mama, Josie Harris. The incident happened in Josie's home in Las Vegas, Floyd allegedly attacked Josie and he threatened to kill her.

Josie claims that before the attack, Floyd was yelling at her about her new boyfriend. She called the cops and they escorted the boxer out of her home but couple hours later, he allegedly entered her home through her son’s side bedroom door and that is when the assault was happened.

Josie filed and was granted a restraining order against the disturbed boxer. Josie said Floyd woke her up by “pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head.” She claims the boxer struck her "multiple times in the head with his fist".

According to the documents, Josie claims Floyd "continued to beat me in front of [the couple's three children]." Josie claims that Floyd threatened the children -- saying if they "ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way." Also in the documents, Josie also says Mayweather "yelled and screamed that he was going to kill me and my boyfriend and make sure we are taken care of."

Floyd has been ordered by the court to stay 100 yards away from Josie and her children until October 10.

Floyd was charge with grand larceny after stealing some items during the domestic incident. The Police has recommended the District Attorney’s Office to consider an additional charge of battery domestic violence.

He was released on $3,000 bail.

Tiger's endorsement income fell by about $22 million following his admission of infidelity, from $92,000,000 last year to $70,000,00 this year.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford is No. 11, due to salary and other bonuses in which the Detroit Lions will pay out to their rookie quarterback this year, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 NFL draft. He earned $27.65 million, ($750,000 comes from endorsements).

Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach: Mayweather is a "Coward"

With the failed match up between two pound for pound kings Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Pacman's great coach Freddie Roach said "Mayweather doesn't make the rules" and he even called Mayweather as "Coward!".

Floyd Mayweather is furious on Manny Pacquiao, want to whip his punk ass.

Many are frustrated after mega fight between Floyd Mayweather and WBO welterweight champ Manny Pacquiao failed to achieved an amicable solution to push through the supposed fight of the decade.

Floyd Jr. and his camp is accusing Pacquiao that the champ is using performance enhancement drugs.

Pacquiao's camp felt that Mayweather is just afraid and doing everything to back out. The champ claims that Mayweather is on his bullying tactics to get his way out of it.

After being blamed, Floyd Mayweather is very furious and "thoroughly disgusted". Floyd want to whip his punk ass.

In a statement:

"Throughout this whole process I have remained patient, but at this point I am thoroughly disgusted that Pacquiao and his representatives are trying to blame me for the fight not happening when clearly the blame is on them.

"First and foremost, not only do I want to fight Manny Pacquiao, I want to whip his punk ass.

"Before the mediation, my team proposed a 14-day, no blood testing window leading up to the fight. But it was rejected. I am still proposing the 14-day window but he is still unwilling to agree to it, even though this is obviously a fair compromise on my part as I wanted the testing to be up until the fight and he wanted a 30-day cut-off. The truth is he just doesn't want to take the tests.

"In my opinion it is Manny Pacquiao and his team who are denying the people a chance to see the biggest fight ever. I know the people will see through their smokescreens and lies. I am ready to fight and sign the contract. Manny needs to stop making his excuses, step up and fight."

I feel that this postponement is just temporarily. The anger and the blaming will heat up the mega fight. It will build up more publicity in their future fight.
