PAMI statement over Baron Geisler-Cherry Pie Picache groping issue

The Professional Artist Management, Inc. (PAMI) announced their decision over actor Baron Geisler continues unethical behavior towards other artist.

PAMI wants all artists managed by its members to stop working with Geisler in connection with the latest complaint filed by actress Cherry Pie Picache. The veteran actress claimed that Geisler touched her breasts during the taping of the television series "Noah". Barom strong denies the said allegations.

PAMI issue their official statement (via Push):

PAMI just concluded an emergency meeting in response to the letter of complaint received from Mr. Ed Instrella (manager of Cherry Pie Picache) against Actor Baron Geisler.

Ed Instrella related the unfortunate incident involving Cherry Pie and Baron during the taping of Noah last Friday January 14, 2011. Arnold Vegafria in behalf of Baron expressed his sincere apology. He is in agreement that Baron needs professional and medical help and has expressed to PAMI that Baron is willing to undergo treatment. We are supporting Arnold in his efforts to help his artist.

After hearing both sides from the two PAMI Members, Ed and Arnold, the PAMI has decided on the following:

1. That all PAMI managed artists should not be exposed to incidents like this again for their safety and security

2. We are requesting the assurance from all networks and movie producers to ensure that any actor in an intoxicated state should not be allowed on the set

3. That Baron should publicly apologize to Cherry Pie Picache

4. To inhibit all PAMI managed artists from working with Baron until such time that PAMI believes Baron Geisler is fully rehabilitated.

Baron Geisler is definitely a great actor but it's becoming a pattern of umlawful behavior on and off camera. He is still facing sexual harassment charges from Yasmien Kurdi and also from the 21-year-old daughter of celebrity couple William Martinez and Ma. Rosario “Yayo" Aguila-Martinez.

Baron Geisler can now continue his work after posting bail

Controversial actor Baron Geisler can still smell freedom and continue his work after he revealed that he posted bail and he just waiting for the scheduled hearing which was set later this month.

The award winning actor went under the radar after the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) of Bocaue, Bulacan issued an arrest warrant for Geisler in connection with the cases of acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation filed by actress Yasmien Kurdi.

He is still has a pending case of sexual harassment filed by the 21-year-old daughter of celebrity couple William Martinez and Ma. Rosario “Yayo" Aguila-Martinez. Just recently, actress Julia Clarete linked his name in another alleged sexual allegations.

Geisler is currently busy with his new project with Piolo Pascual for the fantasy series "Noah."

Arrest warrant against Baron Geisler; Yasmien Kurdi to give reward

Actress Yasmien Kurdi and her camp are determine to discipline Baron Geisler. Yasmien is ready to give a "substantial reward" to any law enforcer or private citizen who will implement the arrest order against the actor.

The Municipal Trial Court (MTC) of Bocaue, Bulacan issued an arrest warrant for Geisler last April 28 in connection with the cases of acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation filed against him earlier this year.

Geisler allegedly harassed his co-star Yasmien during the taping of their GMA television series "Suspetsa". The actress said the harassment occurred and was witness by the production staff. She also disclosed that Geisler had allegedly sent her lewd text messages.

The award-winning actor still has a pending case of sexual harassment filed by the 21-year-old daughter of celebrity couple William Martinez and Ma. Rosario “Yayo" Aguila-Martinez and recently, another alleged sexual allegations from actress Julia Clarete.

Baron Geisler is in a bad spot again. It is time to get this guy in prison to stop all his foolishness.

actress Yasmien Kurdi drops her sexual harassment charges against Baron Geisler

Expect that his arrogance and disrespect to women will happen again in the future after actress Yasmien Kurdi decided to drop her sexual harassment case to actor Baron Geisler.

Reportedly, Yasmien Kurdi doesn't want this case to be blown out of proportion and for her the important thing is, she went to the PNP Women's Desk Section to filed a blotter report to have extra security.

The actress also said that Baron Geisler has sent his apology via a text message but still she wants a public apology.

Baron's lawyer Bonifacio Alentajan is glad with the development, "We welcome that decision of hers to spare both individuals from unnecessary heartaches and misunderstanding."

It seems actor Baron Geisler will never learn. Once again Baron is in a bad spot after young actress Yasmien Kurdi went to the Philippine National Police (Women's Crisis and Child Protection Center) at Camp Crame and filed acts of lasciviousness and unjust vexation charges against Baron Geisler.

Geisler allegedly harassed his co-star Yasmien during the taping of their GMA television series "Suspetsa". The actress said the harassment occurred and was witness by the production staff. She also disclosed that Geisler had allegedly sent her lewd text messages.

Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) gave interesting details about the complaint. According to PEP source, Baron approached his co-star, Yasmien, and then, without warning: "Minanyak si Yasmien. Sinilipan, hinihipuan, tapos nag-baté"

Actress Jennylyn Mercado, and Yasmien's personal Assistant (PA) reportedly saw the scene. The PA was able to record the incident with a cell phone camera.

Known for his alcohol problem, Baron Geisler is using his drunk excuse again. He is still has a pending case of sexual harassment filed by the 21-year-old daughter of celebrity couple William Martinez and Ma. Rosario “Yayo" Aguila-Martinez.

His acting awards and new projects doesn't help him motivate to stay out of trouble off screen. A jail time will be a solution for repeat offenders. His transfer to GMA is supposed to be a start for building up his image but obviously it failed.

Baron Geisler will be working in GMA's SRO Cinemaserye “Suspetsa"

Bad image and negative publicity doesn't barred actor Baron Geisler in getting new projects even in a new network. The award winning actor will now be working inside the fences of GMA Network.

Baron's first project will be on “SRO Cinemaserye” entitled “Suspetsa”, every Thursday night. This new mini-series will replace SRO's Ganti ng Puso starring Marvin Agustin, Sheryl Cruz, Geoff Eigenmann, and Maxene Magalona.

Joining Baron in “Suspetsa” are Paolo Contis, Jennylyn Mercado, Yasmien Kurdi, Ryan Eigenmann and Nadine Samonte.

Meanwhile, the 26 years-old actor is still facing charges of act of lasciviousness by the daughter of Yayo Aguila and William Martinez in an incident in a bar last year.

And still he is battling to clean up his image of being alcoholic.

In a recent interview, he answers the negative publicity he is facing,

“It makes me understand kung ano ang industriyang ito. Sometimes kailangan yung mga ganyan, nakakatulong din pero sana naman this time yung mga kontrobersya magaganda naman,‘wag naman puro negatibo".

"Suspetsa" has scheduled air-date on May 28 to July 16, 2009.

DOJ: acts of lasciviousness charges for Baron Geisler

Baron Geisler saga continues.... The Department of Justice (DOJ) found sufficient basis for the acts of lasciviousness complaint filed against him by Patrizah Maree Martinez (daughter of Yayo Aguila and William Martinez).

The young actor will be charge with one count of acts of lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code before the Makati City Regional Trial Court.

Their filing the charges next week and it is expected to issue an arrest warrant against Geisler within the week.

He was accused of pinching her cheeks and grabbing her breasts against her will while partying with friends at the Fiamma Bar in Makati City last April 25.

Meanwhile, Baron's counter charges of unjust vexation, perjury against Martinez's family has been trashed by the Justice department.

Baron Geisler still disrespect the proceedings

Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 housemate Baron Geisler is still a no show in the preliminary investigation of the Department of Justice regarding the act of lasciviousness complain filed by Patrizha Maree Martinez (daughter of actors William Martinez and Yayo Aguila).

It is the third time that Baron failed to attend the said investigation. The Martinez camp also filed a counter-affidavit in connection with the counter-charges of unjust vexation filed by Geisler.

Meanwhile, to the rescue in Baron's defense is former "Wowowee" host Janna Dominguez who swears that Geisler is a "gentleman".
